    The Customer binds him/herself to abide by the following general provisions:

    • If the sale is terminated through no fault of the Customer and a deposit or part payment is forfeited in his/her favor, the Customer agrees to pay the Company 10% of the sum forfeited.
    • Keys provided will only be used by the Company personnel to gain access to the property with prospective purchasers. The Company accepts no liability for missing items or any damages.
    • In the event that a prospective purchaser re-engages with the Customer after having been originally introduced to the property or Customer by a Company representative, the Customer binds him/herself to immediately inform the Company of this re-engagement.
    • The Customer hereby declares that all the information given to the Company is true and correct as rightful owners of the property, or on behalf of the rightful owners of the property.
    • The Customer confirms that he/she/they are aware of the obligations arising from the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations (S.L. 513.01) and bind himself/herself/themselves to provide the company with a copy of the certificate issued in terms of this legislation within the shortest reasonable time from the signing of this agreement.
    • The Customer undertakes to advise the Company immediately in writing if the property is sold (i.e. Promise of Sale signed) or placed ‘off market’.
